A 5 year guarantee starting the day you receive the bed. Should a manufacturing materials default occur within one year of purchase, Celtic Beds will either repair or replace the bed free of charge. Thereafter, up to and including the fifth year, a service charge will apply. A small restocking charge may apply in certain cases.

Great care and pride is taken in the packaging and shipping of our beds.
All beds are insured through the shipping company, therefore it is important for you to please examine the shipment upon arrival for noticeable damage. If there is damage visible please note it on the delivery receipt. This will help us greatly in filing a claim with the trucking company if we have to.

If the bed is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and we will get you a replacement.
